Grayling On The Boulders? You Bet!

You don’t  have to know me very long to discover I have a soft spot for these fish, I suppose it started when I was 12 years old and found myself way back in the Uinta mountains on a little lake, once I discovered them, the  place held my young heart and undivided attention for two solid days, so when I found out they were once again trying to establish grayling on the Mountain, my heart leaped with joy.

the Boulder and it’s nutrient rich water has been all to kind to the grayling as well, as they have put on some incredible growth, I still believe, that In order to truly call ones self a fly fisherman, they must experience a high Alpine Lake reflecting the green of the pines and watch a grayling rise to their  fly.
